As a part of the service that HR XCEL provides to ICSO and it’s member companies, you have access to a dedicated Benefits Service Center. This center is the first point of contact for issues regarding eligibility, enrollment and benefits questions.

The Benefits Service Center can help with:
 Benefits enrollment
 General benefits questions
 Process family status changes
 Assistance in making enrollment changes
 Benefit eligibility and Benefit enrollment verification
 Provide a benefits summary of current enrollments
 Provide insurance company claim forms and beneficiary forms
 COBRA information
 Provide SPD’s, the legal documents explaining benefits
 Employee Self-Service help

You will need to contact the insurance company directly for the following services.  If you have contacted the insurance company and have not received the assistance you need, you should contact the Benefits Service Center.
